Visiting Hours

Please see new visiting hours update. - November 2023

• Visitors are always welcome; Milford Care Centre has open visiting during the day and arrangements as per patient’s/resident’s wishes in the late evening/night.

• Hospice: Please be aware of key protected care times for patients from 9am – 12noon on Cara and Solas wards, we would ask that these times are respected to enable care.
• Nursing Home: Please respect personal care times and mealtimes for nursing home residents

• All visitors should clean their hands with alcohol gel on entering and leaving Milford Care Centre
• Be advised that visiting restrictions may apply in the event of an outbreak. If this happens you will be advised by the nursing team.
• Please do not visit if you have symptoms of vomiting or diarrhoea, symptoms of a cold or flu, are COVID-19 positive or are a close contact to a COVID-19 positive person. Exceptions can be made on case-by-case basis, please talk to us before you plan to visit.
